Our Bear Cup Golf Tournament tees off today, tequila will be flowing at this evening's Castle Sessions, and plenty of spots remain for Chef Santi's Cooking with Fire event at Bear Creek Park. Bear Cup Golf Tournament: July 21-23
|
|
The field for our 3rd annual Bear Cup Member-Guest Golf Tournament is officially full and we're ready to tee off. It all starts tonight with a Calcutta auction on the lower level of the Lake Club. Then, the matches begin at 9 am on Friday and Saturday. Please note that tee times will not be available during tournament times. Lake Club Hours & Shuttle Service July 23rd

Due to the Member-Guest Golf Tournament Banquet at the Lake Club, please note that The Taproom & Lakeside 54 will be closing at 4 pm on Saturday, July 23rd.
Food and drink service will still be available at the Poolside Bar until 8pm, and we'll be running a complimentary shuttle service into Sylva. The shuttle departs from the Lake Club at 4 pm & 6 pm, and returns to Bear Lake 7 pm & 9 pm.

Cooking with Fire: July 27th |

Did you know that Chef Santiago once trained under open-fire cooking expert and 3-star Michelin Chef Francis Mallmann? Join Santi at Bear Creek Park on July 27th as he demonstrates his passion and knowledge by preparing a fantastic feast over the fire. Enjoy the show before partaking in world-class food and drink. We encourage carpooling for this event as parking space is limited.

Special Olympics Golf Opening Day: July 31st

We're thrilled to welcome Coach Jerry Rodinsky and his Special Olympics "Dog Pack" teams to our community. Each Sunday from July 31st - October 16th, Coach Jerry and his athletes will be utilizing our driving range, practice green, and golf course as they gear up for Special Olympics competition. Please give them a warm welcome and wish them luck as they prepare to go for gold!

Murder Mystery Dinner: August 17th |

Join us August 17th for a special totally 80's, totally murder themed dinner event. The Juggernauts of New Wave are in town for a radical concert, but things turn bogus quickly when one of the 80's stars becomes a murderer. Like the 80's weren't tragic enough! This is a completely immersive dinner experience with live actors and audience participation. It is your job to crack the case and find the "killer" sitting amongst you.
