Our monthly Homeowner's Luncheon is tomorrow, July 1st. This is the perfect opportunity to meet our new developer, Barbara, prior to one of our most exciting weekends of the year. As noted in previous weeks, bears have been increasingly active around property this summer. Please continue to stay vigilant, lock your trash bins, and refrain from leaving any food outside or in your vehicles unattended. As we continue to emphasize the importance of all our bear safety precautions, check out some of these important Bear Safety Tips from BearWise.

4th of July Festival - July 3rd
We can't wait to light up the sky at our 4th of July Festival! Please note that this event takes place Sunday, July 3rd. Admission is free, but be sure to skip the dinner line by purchasing your meal ticket on Simpletix. Use promo code BLRHOME5 for $5 off per ticket, and be sure to screenshot or print your ticket prior to arrival to ensure your ticket is accessible without cell service.
Also, please note that the road in and out of property will be closed 30 minutes prior to the start of the fireworks display until 30 minutes after the show ends ends (approximately 9pm - 10:30pm). This is a necessary firework safety precaution, so please plan accordingly!

Red, White, and Blue Golf Tournament - July 2nd (SOLD OUT)
Our annual Red, White, and Blue Golf tournament is officially sold out! Thank you to everyone who signed up, and best of luck this weekend. The competition is sure to be strong and we can't wait to cheer everyone on.

4th of July Pickleball Tournament - July 1st
Grab your paddles and meet us at The Courts tomorrow, July 1st for a special Independence Day Pickleball Tournament. We'll be playing round-robin style, and prizes will be awarded to the winners of each flight. You can sign up for this and all other Pickleball tournaments on Simpletix.

Lake Club Hours - July 3rd

Please note that the Lake Club Kitchen will close at 3pm, the Lake Club will close at 4pm, and the Pool Bar will close at 6pm on Sunday, July 3rd. Join us at The Amphitheater for our 4th of July Festival, where we'll have more than enough food and fun for everyone.

The project to widen and stabilize Lake Forest Drive above Pepper Bush Lane is making great progress, and is on track at this time to be completed by the end of next week. The road in this area will be closed until 4 PM today (Thursday, 6/30) and will reopen at that time through the holiday weekend. Next week, the road will be closed on Tuesday (7/5) from 9 AM to 4PM, with paving scheduled all day Wednesday (7/6) for the same time frame.
We will send an update on Monday with further details as we get closer to that date.

However, pulling out your credit or debit card and typing all those numbers in every time you checkout can be a bit tedious. That's why we recommend turning on your smartphone's autofill feature. It makes checkout faster and more secure than ever, even if you don't have your card on hand. Here's how to enable autofill on iPhone and Android devices:

- Scroll down and tap on "Safari"
- Tap on "Autofill" under the "General" section
- Tap on "Saved Credit Cards"
- Enter your card info and authenticate using Touch ID, Face ID, and/or your iPhone passcode

- Scroll down and tap on "Privacy"
- Tap on "Autofill Service from Google"
- Tap on "Payment Methods"
- Enter your card information and tap "save"
- Go back and tap "Preferences" to turn on authentication features (biometrics, face unlock, etc.)
