We’ve nearly
reached the end of May, which means Memorial Day weekend is finally upon us!
Before we get into the fun stuff, we’d like to extend our heartfelt
appreciation to all the fallen heroes who gave their lives to defend our country.
This weekend is a celebration in their honor, and we will never forget the ultimate
sacrifice they made for us.

In recent
weeks, we have seen a noticeable increase in bear activity around property
compared to recent years. We urge everyone on property to stay vigilant and
follow all necessary precautions. This includes disposing of all trash properly
and ensuring trash bins are locked. Thank you and stay safe!

Who’s ready for an
extended weekend of Memorial Day fun in the sun? The main event is our Memorial
Day Celebration on Friday 5/27 at The Amphitheater. We’ll have lawn games, live
music from Matt Stillwell, delicious BBQ and pastries from Chef Santi and Chef

We
also have a variety of other activities planned throughout the weekend
including a golf tournament benefitting Folds of Honor, a flag folding service,

Memorial Day
is a great time to get out on the water, and we still have plenty of boat
rentals available! For our owners, we’re raising the 2-hour cap for pontoons to
4 hours this weekend only. Head to schedulicity

We have a pair of weddings scheduled
for Saturday the 28th and Sunday the 29th at Castle Ladyhawke with numerous
guests expected to stay in our community. Please be aware of increased traffic
throughout the property and, if you cross paths, give them a warm Bear Lake
welcome!

Our next Trail Clean Up Day is Saturday, June 4th, and your help would be much appreciated! We’ll be working on a brand-new walking bridge across the stream at Bear Creek Park. All necessary supplies will be provided. If you’d like to join us, RSVP!

Father’s Day is just a few weeks away, and we have something for every papa bear!
